Toronto to Become Most Expensive Rental Market in Canada

This is not good for the city. Rental prices spiked in the last quarter of 2016 and now prices have stabilized for the first quarter of 2017. We can expect that rents will spike again from August through November of this year as students return back to school and drive inventory levels to yearly lows.

We certainly need more rental housing!
